I was planning to spend some time today listening to the SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services Webcast . Unfortunately, my Microsoft Passport identity would not let me log in to watch a Microsoft Webcast!
More than a little ironic. And not, I would suggest, good customer service.
Surely Microsoft Webcasts should be accessible using Passport. Wasn't a primary purpose of Passport to avoid the need to create multiple duplicate identities and passwords?
