Quote of the Week - Noam Chomsky

On those occasions when I actually remember to post a Quote of the Week I try to find both a technical quote, this week's is from Danny Ayers in Quote of the Week - Danny Ayers and something else that stuck in my mind either because it is humorous, pungent or whatever.

This week, for the first time for quite some time, I have a non-technical quote which is from the blog of Noam Chomsky, Turning The Tide which, seemingly, started only four days ago.

A typically ascerbic Chomsky quote:

" Whether Bush believes, or even understands, the economic policies of his administration I have no idea, and it really doesn't matter much. What's important are the policies, not whether Bush understands what his handlers instruct him to say. "

It looks as if the Chomsky blog may not be him blogging per se but, at least in part, a precis of recent things he has said in private fora and so on.
