I guess that people flouting NDAs is not a problem only for Microsoft. See Where's Your NDA, man? .
I agree with Chuck Toporek's advice, "If you're asked to agree to an NDA and you feel like you can't keep quiet about what you're about to be given access to, you should just turn around and walk away.".
