I am beginning to wonder if somebody at W3C has issued an edict that the W3C Technical Reports and Publications page will hold information about only the current version of a specification.
A couple of days ago I wanted to check the Extensible Markup Language (XML) 1.0 (Third Edition) specification against the original ( Extensible Markup Language (XML) 1.0 . Only to find that the original is no longer listed. A quick visit to Google found what I wanted.
Don Box, SOAP/1.2 and Lock-in , had similar problems trying to find the SOAP 1.1 Note on the W3C site.
