There isn't a lot of information around at the moment about the InfoAgent in Longhorn's WinFS. But it seems to me that WinFS and InfoAgent in particular are going to have a significant impact on how users of Longhorn will handle, filter and interact with information.
InfoAgent's approach may, perhaps, be readily extended to include an RSS/Atom aggregator function ... or whatever information feed aggregators have become by the time Longhorn appears.
If Microsoft can get the customizable RSS/Atom aggregator aspect right then WinFS seems, at least on first looks, a potentially very powerful application in the InFlowWeb.
