Jeremy Mazer has posted recently, What? They cut WinFS?? , in an attempt to clear up worries about cuts of or in WinFS.
To cut a long story short there may be changes in released Longhorn compared to what was demonstrated at PDC2003. How much is to be changed or cut? Not much indicates Mazner.
Since what was shown at PDC2003 was a pre-alpha version, who could seriously expect there not to be changes?
Will there be future changes? Very possibly.
